Needles parts:
 
Chishing chooses West Germany needles. Choosing what kind of needles depends on different sewing material. For instance, as for processing fine elastic materials or thick leather materials, SCHMETZ can offer a wide range of special needles, including SCHMETZ SERV 7, KN, SF and FHS.
Standard needles coming with Chishng machine are DUOTEC. And if you make special materials then you need purchase different needles according to your products.
 
 
Shuttles parts:
 
Chishing imports HASHIMA shuttles. The quality of shuttles will directly affect the sewing quality and production efficiency. The poor quality shuttles will appear shrapnel lock is not tight, bounce off and thread-waste. Shuttle hot deformation will cause skip stitches after used for some time.
CHISHING brand quilting machines insist on imported shuttles, for instance, Japan and Swiss brand. Thus, CHISHING quilting machines have the advantages of Japan and Switzerland quilting machine.

 

 

 

 

After-sale service:

 

1) Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning 

 

and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application, 

 

air ticket, accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting fee for seller’s technician. 

 

2)  After one year, the buyer needs to pay USD200/day/person as service charge, as well

 

 as the fee of VISA application, air ticket , accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting 

 

fee for seller’s technician.

 

2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the 

 

moment the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each 

 

part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the

 

 damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.
