Principle


    The principle of YLQ series high-pressure cage motor soft starter is to string the special water resistance of partial pressure and current limiting in the stator circuit of high-voltage squirrel cage (synchronous) motor. In the process of starting the water resistance, the resistance of the water resistance The stepless change from large to small is automatically realized within the set time, so that the voltage applied to the upper end of the stator of the motor is gradually increased. When the rotational speed of the motor is close to the rated speed, the water resistance is automatically cut off and put into full pressure operation. The low current smoothing soft start of the motor.


Performance characteristics

1. Constant current soft start: The starting current is 2 - 3.5 times of the rated current, which reduces the heat of the motor and effectively extends the service life of the motor.
2. The starting is smooth and no impact, and the starting pressure drop is within 9%, which has little impact on the grid.
3. Unaffected by grid voltage fluctuations and load changes, it ensures consistent start-up and can be started 5-7 times in a row.
