What logistics ways we can work for shipment?

A. For 90% of our shipment, we will go by sea, to all main continents such as South America, Middle East, Africa, South Asia etc., either by container or Ro-ro/Bulk shipment.

BINGO grants our clients a 12-month period or 30000km warranty for any products purchased from us. During the warranty period, in case the defect of material or workmanship has occurred with spare parts in normal operation, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.

Spare Parts

Installation & Maintenance

BINGO is able to provide you with the overall installation of complicated trucks and equipment. After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, operate equipment, and provide you with testing date reports of installation and operation.

Training

BINGO offer perfect facilities and comfortable environment and can provide training services to different users. The sessions include product training, operation training, maintenance know-how, technical know-how training, standards, laws and regulations training and other training, all of which are tailored to fulfill your individual needs. A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
