1) The amplitude of vibrator can be auto-modified for more efficient weighing.
2) High precise digital weighing sensor and AD module have been developed.
3) Multi-drop and succeeding drop methods can be selected to prevent puffed material blocking the hopper.
4) Material collecting system with function of unqualified product remove, two direction discharge, counting, restore default setting.
5) Multi-language operation system can be selected basing on customer's requests.

1. Training services:
We will train your engineer to install our weigher. You can send your engineer to our factory or we dispatch our engineer to your company. We will introduce your engineer how to install the weigher and how to fix problem.
2. Trouble shooting service:
Some times if you can not fix the problem in your country, we will send our engineer there if you need us to support. By the way, you need to afford the round trip flight ticket and accommodation fee.
3. Spare Parts replacement:
In guarantee period, if spare part broken, we will send you the parts free and we will pay the express fee. And please send us the spare parts back. when machine is out of guarantee period, we will provide you the spare parts in cost price.
4. The documents that will be supplied:
1) Invoice;
2) Packing List;
3) Bill of Lading
4) Other files that buyer wanted.

Delivery time: 25 working days. (based on order.)
Warranty period: whole machine 1 year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is not broken by purpose.
Installation: Engineers available to service machinery overseas.

Q4.What's payment terms & trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate 40% in advance by T/T; T/T 60% before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo/Shanghai. But we also accept other way like L/C and do CIF/ EXW etc.

Q5.Does it easy to operate and what can I do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate, what you need to do is just learn some basic skills like how to operate PLC. We will send you manual and video, we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself, and if there is something goes wrong, you can call us ,video-chat or email us .We will fix problems within 24 hrs .Our engineer also can be dispatched to overseas as you required.
