Physical and chemical properties: Applicable mesh: 100 ~ 200 mesh

Dry time: 25~C naturally volatilizes 8~12H, and the adhesion is best after 24H.

Usage: (1) Stir well when using, and close at any time after use.
            (2) For most substrates, because the surface contains grease, release agent and other debris, it is generally scrubbed by surface.
Improve the adhesion and wettability of the ink.
            (3) Adhesion, water resistance, abrasion resistance and solvent resistance can be improved by adding 2% DWL-1 curing agent.
            (4) When overprinting, it is necessary to dry the color before proceeding to the next color.
            (5) According to the printing needs, a small amount of purified water can be appropriately added.

Matters needing attention: (1) The basic characteristics of materials of different manufacturers are different, so trial printing is very important.
(2) After adding the curing agent, it is used within 6~8H, otherwise it will affect the adhesion.
(3) The adhesion can be obviously improved by heating and drying, the temperature is 70-80 ° C, and the time is 30 minutes.
(4) When printing for a short time, it should be covered with a layer of ink immediately, otherwise it will affect the network.
(5) Rinse immediately with water after printing, otherwise it will easily block the net after drying.
(6) The thickness of the screen can be increased to reduce the blocking of the screen on the screen.
(7) The ink can be extended with time and its adhesion is also improved.
(8) Other additives may not be added during use.
(9) The ink is not used up and sealed in time to prevent the surface state of the ink from being affected.

(2) After use, keep the container closed in a cool place. It is recommended to be optimal below 40 °C.
