A:The handmade products can not be perfect like mechanical product, so do not rule out that individual products may appear subtle flaws, which is our handicrafts characteristics! Before your shipment ,we will inspect carefully

A: Yes, they are. All product pictures and details are real shot, but due to the difference of the light problem or computer monitors, there may be some off color, which is normal phenomenon, thank you for your cooperation!

Q: What is the MOQ of your artificial planrs? Can I place mix order?
A: The MOQ is different due to different kinds of soldering iron, mix-orders in our stock items can be accepted.

Q: Does sample available before order?Does the sample free?
A: Yes, if it is the stock product, the sample can be sent for free in 3 days. However, you have to pay the cost of courier by express like: DHL, TNT, UPS and FEDEX.

Q: How should I pay for the order?
