Real Shooting

GT Series Precision Modular Vises are designed to be used on standard and CNC machines for precision grinding and milling. The vises could be set up individually or work in multiples, on tables or palletised components depending on the machined material dimensions.
* Made from hardened high grade alloy steel 20CrMnTi.

* The hardness of working surface is HRC58-62 
*Application : Mainly for cnc machine center 

Characters:

* Perpendicular accuracy: 0.005mm/100mm. 

   Parallelism: 0.005mm/100mm.

* Fine ground to a mirror finish.

* Quickly to clamp and easy to operate, simple dismantle the screw bar when worn

* Fixed Jaw, Moveable Jaw and Screw Block have Tapped Hole

Accessories:
*L-wrench, T-wrench, vise holding clamp, work stop with main bolt, positioning key-nuts etc.
