2 Q: How to buy the garments?

A: Please contact us and inform item number that you want, or tell us your garments information, we can offer you information like price, delivery time, packing, MOQ, full container capability, etc.

3 Q: Do you offer free sample? When will you ship it?

A: We will charge sample cost and shipping cost. Sample cost is refundable against bulk order over 500pcs. 

Sample time is 10-20 days normally.

4 Q: What is your factory's MOQ?

A: Normally, our factory's MOQ is 200-300pcs per style per color.

5 Q: What is the delivery way?

A: Samples will be sent by DHL and bulk production will be sent by sea.

6 Q: How to inspect the cargo?

A: Our factory has professional QC and we also welcome our customer delegate QC to our factory.

7 Q: How can we do if we send you payment, but you don't send us our order?

A: This situation is impossible to happen, but if you send us payment, please inform us or send us proof, so that we can make the production and arrange shipment earlier.

8 Q: What could we do if we find your goods are not in good performance?

A: Please send us detailed reports and if problems are really caused by our factory, we will pay compensation according to your loss.
