Detailed description:
1.Flow channel: Coat hanger. Installation: Horizontal
2.Die head material: P20.  Die head width:850mm.
3.Product material: PVC.   Product thickness:0.8-1mm.
4.Electroplating: Lips and surface of flowing harden treatment by chromium.
5.Plating thickness: 0.03-0.04mm. Hardness: 60-65Rockwell.

6.Screws: High-strength bolts with 12.9 grades.      
7.Heating unit: Heating bars made of stainless steel.
8.Heating Voltage: 220V or 380V.
9.Cable connection: Close connecting with protection cover.
10.Toolbox: 1set heating pipe; 1 pc spanner.
