1. Usage & scope of application

PVC fiber reinforced hose produced by this line is also called PVC net hose or snake skin hose. It is suit for transportation of low or middle pressure gas and corrosive gas. It has been widely used in machinery, coal mine, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation, garden or lawn irrigation, building, civil (solar water heaters, gas cylinders) and other fields.It is also widely used for garden and lawns watering now.

 

Characteristics of PVC Fibre Hose:
It is flexible, transparent, durable, non-toxic, without odor, anti-erosion and adaptable to high pressure condition. By adding colorful symbol lines on the surface of the hose, it looks more beautiful.

Temperature: -10℃ ~65℃

Inner PVC Pipe Extrusion → Cooling and Traction → Fiber Rope Weaving → Out PVC Pipe Extrusion → Cooling → Haul-off machine → Winding
