About the sample fee:
Q: Why do we charge samples fee?
A: We need to purchase material, pay for printing and embroidery of your customized designs and pay for our designers salary.
Q: Can the sample fee be refunded?
A: When the order meets 3,000 pcs, the sample fee will be refunded, except the shipping cost.
Q: How much is the sample fee?
A:The sample fee depends on your complexity of your designs. Our regular price is US$100 each design,including the shipping cost.We aim to develop your designs closed to your artwork,drawing and sketch.
Q:What is the sample time?
A:About 3~5 workdays according to different designs.
