Thermoplastic low smoke zero halogen flame retardant cable compound, based on polymers with no halogen, is produced by mixing, plasticizing, granulation with adding halogen-free flame retardants, antioxidants, lubricants, modifiers and etc.

Feature:The product has halogen-free, low smoke volume, low corrosion, and low toxicity characteristic; also has excellent physical and mechanical properties, flame resistance and extrusion processability.

Applicition: Raw materials for making cable sheaths. It is suitable for 10 kV and below  power transmission and distribution systems, control lines and important places requiring flame retardant, fire-resistant, smokeless, non-toxic and high temperature resistance. It can be widely used in nuclear power plants, power plants, steel plants, oil wells, engine rooms, schools, entertainment places, personnel-intensive places and high-rise buildings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Storage
These compounds must be stored under the following conditions:
closed and undamaged bags
ambient temperature does not exceed 45ºC
avoid direct exposure to sunlight and weathering
shelf life:12 months.
Package
To be packed in aluminum foil bag inside and kraft paper bags outside, 25kg net each; or damp-proof cabinets on pallet, 1000kg net each pallet.
