Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber is a bi-component fiber with co-polyester sheath and polyester core. This fiber has low melting point, thermoplastics and self-adhesive properties. This fiber when blending with regular polyester fiber and converted into web, thermal-bonding fiber help to bond fiber with each other and make non-wovens soft touch, wash fastness, easy care and with no environmental contamination. There are 3 different melting points of Low-melt thermal-bonding fiber: 110℃, 140℃, 180℃ for our customers.
