Large stainless steel sheet and pipe PVD coating machine works in a vacuum chamber, by ion plating, by a gas discharge from the part of the evaporated material in the evaporation material particles or gas ion bombardment, while the vaporized material or reactant is deposited on the substrate. The glow discharge ion plating phenomenon, plasma and vacuum evaporation techniques combine the three, not only can significantly improve the quality of the film, but also expanded the scope of application of the film.
