 Automatic vibratory polishing drum with straight mouth  and  automatic separation Sieve  produces a cutting action by shaking the processing vessel (the finishing tub) at a high speed,causing the tumbling media and parts to scrub against each other. This scrubbing action precisely abrades the parts to remove burrs. A shaft with rotating eccentric weights mounted on the tub produces the shaking action.

Vibratory polishing drum is suitable for large quantities, small or medium size of metal and non-metallic parts grinding, polishing and processing.

It can remove the burrs, edges, rust, stain and marks from the surface, so that the surface of the parts achieves a certain cleaning and brightness. The process does not destroy the original shape and geometry accuracy. It proceeds automatically and the workpiece can be checked at any time during process.

Inside polishing drum, there is high wear-resistant PU plastic lining material to reduce the collision between parts and reduce the noise. 

Color has different options. Separator is also available.
