Q2: Can I get sample and how long will it take? A: Yes, we make sample as per your requirement. Normal sample lead time is 7 days. Q3: What kind of customization do you accept? And What should I provide? A: We welcome any kind of customization,such as Logo,Size,Color,Style,Packaging etc. AI,PSD,CDR,TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS are also acceptable. Q4: How can I confirm the quality before starting to produce? A: We can provide pre-production samples to your confirmation, then we will make the quality according to that. Or please send us your samples, then we will production according to your samples. Q5: What's the payment terms? A: We accept T/T 30% deposit or L/C at sight.
