Usage methods:

a.Put the matter quantitative (about 5ml)into the centrifugal tube. (the weight of each centrifugal is nearly the same).

b.Insert the centrifugal tube to the hole of the centrifugal head evenly. Then close the cover.

c.According to the centrifugal speed choosed,adjust the speed regulator to “4”,the centrifugal speed is about 4000 rpm. When the regulator is pointed to “3”, “2”, “1”,the speed is slowed gradually,it has the responding relationship,but has no proportionality.

d.Put the graduated line of the timer knob into the selected time position(Eg:needed time is 40 minutes,put the graduated lint to “40”).

e.Switch on the power. The power indicator lights. The motor begins rotating and the samples start to split. After the time is up, the centrifugal splitting finished.

f.Switch off the power. Take down the power plug, open the upper cover of the instrument and take out the centrifugal tubes which means a course of centrifugal operation is finished.
