Applications of UV  Photoinitiator ITX/Irgacure ITX/IGM Omnirad ITX BAPO/PI TPO

1.ITX is mostly used in white systems, can be used for UV curing coatings, printing inks, UV curing adhesives, optical fiber coatings, photoresists, photopolymer plates, stereolithography resins, composite materials, dental filling materials. The use of this product should be based on the results of actual experiments. The recommended dosage is: 0.5-4% w/w.

2. It can completely cure on white or high titanium pigment pigmented surface. The coating does not yellow, the post-polymerization effect is low, and there is no residue. It can also be used for clear coatings, especially for products with low odor requirements. It is used alone in the unsaturated polyester containing styrene system and has a very high inducing effect. For acrylate systems, especially colored systems, it is usually necessary to use amines or acrylamides in combination with other photoinitiators to achieve a complete cure of the system, suitable for low yellowing, white systems and thick film layers. Curing, screen printing inks, offset inks, flexo inks, and wood coatings. It is recommended to add 0.5-3.0% (colored system), 0.3-2.0% (transparent system).
