1) When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your enquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please contact with us or tell us in your email so that we will deal with your enquiry priority.

2) How can I get a sample to check your products quality?

After price confirmation, you can require and buy samples to check our products quality. After confirming the sample order, I will arrange to send sample to you asap.

3) How long can I expect to get the sample?  

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-3 days.

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4) Does your factory can customized products?

Of course .We can make customized products for you according to your requirement. Please feel free to contact with us for more details.

5) What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. 

Generally speaking, the mass production will be sent to you via express and arrive in 15-20 workdays.

6) Can I visit your factory and arrange car to pick me up?
