2. Three Siemens color HIM in the machine so easy to control and observe it.Working condition in the chamber can be viewed more clearer by an infrared ray monitor.
3. Powerful pumping section has the feature of high pumping speed and with Siemens PLC so it can keep excellent vacuum condition under any climate environment.
4. With high precise two rollers and four servo frequency-conversion motors,also high precise Japanese Yaskawa or German Siemens servo system to achieve stable running and high winding speed.The design of unwind and rewind on the same side to make it easy operation and improve long term stability.Quick connector is fitted in unwind and rewind so it easy to operate and improve production.
5. Japanese precise servo drives control the tension section.The major feature of tension system is loseproof in roll and anti-stall,also has all kinds of function on automatic correction.The tension system has an automatic adjustment on rewind taper tension and rapid response.
6. The design of heating section is top clamp and staggered to make an excellent evaporation uniformity so increase the evaportation rate.Boats can be changed quickly.
7. Separately control the wire-feeding speed by stepping motors ensures the better uniformity of Aluminium coating,.Wire-feeding section can be easy operate and get better stability as well as safety.
