How to use
1. You need to put it into freezer before use. Generally you put it into freezer several hours before use. But you can not put it into freezer all the time.
2. We suggest you control the freezer not exceed minus 10 centigrade.
3. When take it out from freezer, do not tear it hardly as the plastic material need a little time to re-soft itself!
