Q: How much will the shipping charges be?
A: It depends on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. We would feel grateful if you could spare us some time to give us the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport, since it will helpful for us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.
Q: How would you control the quality?
A: To confirm the order, we will check with you of the product detailed specification, such as product size, material, leather/fabric color, according to the sample confirmed, and make sure it acts strictly the same to the mass production. When come into production, we will tracing every process by QC inspectors. And we will also take photos of every process to you to update your information. When production finished, you can designate inspectors or third part to check the goods, we will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when occurred.
Q: Why don't provide your test certification for each products ?
A: It's unrealistic for us to take every product to test. We can only provide test reports for most of the spare parts, such as, leather, base, caster, gas lift. That means the quality of our spare parts can pass that testing rules, meet the requirements of the certificate needs. So if you need some specified test certificate, we can arrange for you and paid by your side.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: 1) By T/T, 30% deposit, the rest paid off before delivery.
2) By T/T, 50% deposit, the rest paid off at sight of B/L copy.
3) L/C at sight.
Q: What's the shipping terms?
A: Lead time for bulk order: 20-25 days.
Lead time for sample order: 7-10 days.
Port of loading: Ningbo and Shanghai.

Price terms accepted: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
