Application

Proton pump inhibitors, i.e. H +-K +-ATPase inhibitors in parietal cells. It has a strong and lasting inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion induced by basic gastric acid, food and pentapeptide gastrin. The effect is rapid and reversible, and there is no mental side effect induced by H2 receptor antagonist. For gastric and duodenal ulcers, reflux or erosive esophagitis, Zoe-Ehrlich syndrome, etc. It is also effective for gastric and duodenal ulcers that are ineffective with H2 receptor antagonists.
