Technical Description

The integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts the self-developed Internet + A/O-MBR patent technology, which integrates the Internet and Internet of Things technology in the use of equipment. The equipment process is divided into three zones, and the anoxic zone is treated by anaerobic microorganisms. The insoluble macromolecular organic matter is converted into a soluble small molecule organic substance, and at the same time, partial nitrification and denitrification are performed by the refluxing nitrate nitrogen under the action of nitrifying bacteria to remove ammonia nitrogen. The aerobic zone removes various organic substances in the sewage through the biochemical degradation and adsorption of a large number of different microbial communities attached to the filler, so that the organic matter content in the sewage is greatly reduced, and the oxygen content is sufficient. Degrading ammonia nitrogen in sewage under conditions. The MBR zone further purifies the wastewater by high sludge concentration and achieves solid-liquid separation.

MBR principle

2.1.png
MBR combines high-efficiency biochemical treatment technology with advanced microfiltration membrane separation technology. With mechanical screening and deep filtration of membrane modules, 100% cut off nitrifying bacteria, polyphosphate bacteria (PAOs), chemical heterotrophic bacteria, fungi and other sewage. Purification of "main bacteria", complete separation of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT), greatly accelerate the progress of nitrification, promote aerobic biological phosphorus uptake, and significantly improve the ability and efficiency of simultaneous biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The suspension and turbidity of MBR effluent approach zero, the fecal coliform stability is less than 3/L, and other indicators such as total nitrogen and total phosphorus are better than the one-grade A standard of GB18918, and can be directly returned without disinfection. It is used for landscape, greening, flushing, car washing, etc., to achieve pollution load reduction and domestic sewage resource recycling in one step.
