REACTIVE DYE PRINTING THICKENER EM-615F

 

 

Thickener EM-615F is suitable for reactive dyestuff printing in placement of sodium alginate and other natural gum. It performance well in printing on pure cotton, viscose polyamide fabrics due to its excellent penetration property.

1.       Eco-friendly and can be used alone in place of sodium alginate.

2.       High color yield, vivid color shade.

3.       Fast swelling, speedy paste preparation, time saving.

4.       Good wash-off property with soft hand feel result in printed fabrics.

 

 

Can be used for reactive dyes printing, flat bed printing, rotary printing, and digital printing.

Application Method:

Application dosage:  Deep color: 4.5%-5%      Light color: 3%-4%

Printing Paste recipe

 

1.    Laboratory beater speed: 800-1000R/M

2.    NDJ-5S Viscosity Meter, No 4 Spindle, 12R/M 

Please stir until it is thickening well enough, without uneven phenomenon.

The printing factory may adjust dosage of thickener and other auxiliaries according to practical operation.

 

Printing process: stock paste—printing—drying—high steaming—wash off—Rear finishing —package rolls—finished products

Steaming process: continuous steamer:102℃ x 10minutes
