Thickener EM-615F is suitable for reactive dyestuff printing in placement of sodium alginate and other natural gum. It performance well in printing on pure cotton, viscose polyamide fabrics due to its excellent penetration property.

2.    NDJ-5S Viscosity Meter, No 4 Spindle, 12R/M 

Please stir until it is thickening well enough, without uneven phenomenon.

The printing factory may adjust dosage of thickener and other auxiliaries according to practical operation.

 

Printing process: stock paste—printing—drying—high steaming—wash off—Rear finishing —package rolls—finished products

Steaming process: continuous steamer:102 x 10minutes
