1.Q:Can I place sample orders?
   A:Yes,we can accept sample orders for fresh clients,but since we are factory,so would require an extra sample cost depends on products you are choosing.

2. Q: Which shipment method is the best choice?
    A:In general, there are two way for sample order---Sea Freight or Express Freight.
Now, if you want to arrange by Sea freight for your sample order, of course, the sea freight is cheaper. But there will be some cost from your customs. Then the total cost will be next to Express Freight.
But the Sea Freight will waste more time. Even there are some troubles from your customs. 
So we suggest the Express Freight for our customers. And we can inquire our best shipping cost for you when your destination is clear.

3. Q: What's the delivery time?
    A: For sample order, if we have stock, there is only need about 1 week. If we do not have any stock, there will be need about 35-45days
For wholesale order, usually we can make a delivery within 4 weeks after get your deposit, if you don't have special requests.

4. Q: what's the payment term?
    A: For sample order, as the total is not big. So we only accept T/T 100% in advance. Or there will be a huge loss from the Bank.
For wholesale order, if the total invoice value is less than USD 10000, T/T 100% in advance.
If total invoice value is over USD 10000, we can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance is against the BL copy(10-15 days after shipment).
On the other hand, if total invoice value is more than USD 30,000, we can accept L/C at sight.

5.Q:What's your warranty term?
    A:We offer one year warranty for motors,batteries,chargers,other wearing parts offer half year,details please enquiry us.

6.Q:Can I mix different models in one container?

   A:Yes,but delivery time would be a little longer.

7.Q:Do you have products in shock?
A:No,we produce according to orders,some common parts we have some stock to ensure delivery time.
