1.Material: natural gypsum stone

 

The quality of gypsum stone for producing gypsum powder should meet to the following 

requirement

Quality requirement and impurity content	Gypsum stone CaSO4·2H2O content≥75% Impurity content (Na2O+K2O)<0.2%, NaCl<0.02%, Cl-<15ppm
granularity	Top size ≤300mm
Water content	gypsum stone absorbed water ≤6%

 

Remak:

 

a. Gypsum stone put in the the open storage grande, influnced by weather, especially in the rainy season, 

absorbed water>6%. Can’t be used into the broken and griding process 

 

b.Gypsum stone ingredient chemical analasys << gypsum and hard gypsum chemical analasys method>

national standard GB5484-2000

 

2.finished powder can used to produce plasterboard, decoration board, gypsum block, stucco gypsum, 

and molding gypsum etc.
