SKA-ZS203 Hall Auto Speed Sensor

 

Hall locomotive speed sensor was composed of a highly reliable single-channel self-adjusting Hall gear-sensitive device that is triggered by a magnetically conductive material. It can be directly connected to control and smart instruments. There are the characteristics of wide frequency response, good stability, high vibration, high impact resistance, high sensitivity, high reliability and easily installed. It can be worked in vibration environment. Applicated: speed measurementand control systems for vehicles, aero engines, large motors, machine equipmentand etc.

1.Technical Specifications

Theory:Measured by gear speed produces a rectangular wave frequency signal that is proportional to the speed signal.

Supply voltage: (15~24)VDC;

Measuring range: 0Hz~10KHz;

Measuring distance: 0.1mm~1.5mm;

Current consumption: No-load currency < 35 mA;

Output signal:The sensor outputs a single pulse voltage signal, and the output waveform is a square wave.

Output Level signal:Uhigh >0.8 times working supply voltage, Ulow < 2 V;

Load Resistance:Load should not be less than 1kΩ;

Signal duty cycle(ratio): 25-75%;

Ambient temperature:-40℃~85℃;

Protective function:Sensors with output short circuit protection, transient overvoltage protection and power polarity protection.

2. Dimensions

The sensor consists of a measuring probe and a wire connection.

3. Installation  

a. The place is easy to operate and maintain for installation.           

b. Should be installed as far as possible away from heat and vibration places.

c. Need to be fixed tightly during installation.

d. Make sure the socket is connected reliably.         

4. Electrical connections                                              

The electrical connection is used by wire, which is a railway special cable, and protected by outer sheath.

Red - positive power supply. Black - negative power supply. White - signal output. Yellow heat shrinkable sleeve wire - shielded wire.

5. Safety precautions

a. Care should be taken during handling and installation to avoid damage to components due to impact and affect product performance.

b. Please strictly follow the wiring method for electrical connection. Wiring errors may cause damage to the circuit.

c. A 10kΩ load resistor is usually connected to the output, and the pull-up is connected to the power supply terminal.
