BLQM series air box pulse bag type dust collector is a new type of high efficiency dust removal equipment developed by our company based on the technical experience deposited over ten years. The filter bags of the full range of products are 130 mm in diameter and 2,450 mm in length and 3060 mm in length, which facilitates the replacement of wearing parts. In addition to the ordinary type, the bag material is also available in high temperature type and waterproof.

Air box pulse bag type dust collector adopts separate chamber to clean dust, when cleaning, separate by box, take turns. The pulse and cleaning cycle of each chamber is automatically and continuously performed by the cleaning program controller according to a preset program, thereby ensuring the effect of compressed air cleaning.
2.More product specifications, dust collection efficiency of 99.9%
There are 33 specifications of air box pulse bag filter products, and there are 32, 64, 96 and 128 bags in each room. The length of the dust bag is 2450 mm and 3060 mm and the dust collection efficiency can reach 99.9% or more. The dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100 mg/m³.
3.Unique structure to extend the life of the filter bag
The entire box body is designed with the inlet and outlet main pipe structure, and the ash hopper can extend under the inlet main pipe to allow the incoming dusty flue gas to directly enter the expanded ash bucket to achieve the pre-dusting effect. The advantages of integrated chamber backflushing and jet pulse cleaning increase the service life of the filter bag.
