A:In normal we provide standard carton packing,if customers has require to the package ,we will provide customized
design also.

A:It can load 250-300KG.
Q3. Is it possible for you provide us the assistance if we want to manufacture customized designs?
A: Sure! We accepted customized designs. Our factory is the only one in all the murphy bed factory who accept customized sofa.
Q4.How durable these products/mechanism is? Whats your warranty on mechanisms?
A: 100,000 times tested by SGS. Our warranty is 5 years for total set. We offer lifetime warranty for the mechanism.
Q5. What is your time of making samples?
A: We usually take 20-30 days to make the samples.
Q6.How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: The time of delivery is four weeks after we receive the deposit and confirm the drawing.
Q8: What is the shipping port?
