A: Samples need 1-3 working days, mass products need 7-10 days.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex or TNT.), Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.

Q: How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If sample is okay, finally we will go to mass production.
