Process

1st. step

 Receive the sample or drawing from client, or the client give us the requirement.(The customer can give us the Pro/e,UG,Soildworks or CAD files;)

 

2nd. step

Our engineer dept. to draw the 3D or 2D drawing, we can offer UG,Pro/E,solidworks, CAD and CAX...etc. drawing for client to check.

 

3rd. step

After the client check the drawing, we start to process the moulds.

 

4th. step

Test the moulds, and send the sample to our client to check it.Or invite client to our factory to check.

 

5th. step

Cut the waste material,and send the sample to the customer check. If not, we modify the moulds and improve the technological process to meet the customer's requirement.

 

6th. step

If the sample is OK, we arrange the mass production.
