The air box pulse bag type dust collector is a large offline chamber low pressure pulse bag precipitator. It combines the advantages of chamber back-blown bag precipitator and general pulse-blown bag precipitator. The large size electromagnetic pulse valve chamber is used for pulse-blown dust removal, which has the advantages of large air volume, strong dust removal ability and good dust removal effect. The filter bag has a long service life. The gas tank pulse dust collector can not only purify the general dusty gas, but also deal with the high concentration gas with the inlet concentration of 1300mg/Nm3. It has become a classic product recovery equipment matched with O-Sepa type flour separator and vertical mill.

Working Priciple
When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet flue, a part of the coarse dust particles fall into the dust collector because of inertia, collision, natural sedimentation and the barrier of the flue wall. Most of the dust sinks after the air fills the flue, and enters from the bottom of each dust collector after the air distribution system is evenly distributed. As a result of blocking and electrostatic adsorption, the dust is blocked on the outside surface of the filter bag, and gradually covered and superimposed to form a dust layer, which further improves the filtering capacity of the filter bag for later dust.
Under the guidance of the air flow of the induced draft fan, the dust gas is purified by the filter bag, then enters the chamber box by the inside of the filter bag, and then discharges into the atmosphere by the valve plate hole and the outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
With the continuous process of filtration, the dust layer on the outside of the filter bag gradually thickens, and the filter resistance of the dust removal equipment increases. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the ash control system sends out signals for ash cleaning. At this time, the lifting cylinder opens, the valve plate hole closes, the entire dust chamber is isolated, and the pulse controller guides the electromagnetic pulse valve to spray ash. After cleaning, the lifting cylinder retracts, the lifting valve opens again, and the dedusting chamber enters the filtering working state. Each dedusting chamber is carried out sequentially to realize independent filtration and ash cleaning respectively.
