A: We are a professional medical instruments manufacturer.

Q2. Where is your factory location? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located at Shenzhou County, Hengshui city, Hebei Province China. You can fly to Beijing Capital International airport, and we will arrange people to meet you there. Welcome to visit our factory!

Q3 How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end:
1)All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2)Skillful workers pay great attention to each details in handling the producing and packing processes ;
3)We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality.

Q4. What is your payment terms?
A: Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading; D/P and L/C are also acceptable for order more than USD10,000. To reduce customers' risks, we suggest customers to use Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.

Q6: How can I get some samples?
A: We can provide you the samples but need you to pay the charges, as you know the sample cost is always much more expensive than mass products. Usually sample cost is around 3 times than its own value, but it will be refund when we get your bulk order.

Q7: What's your delivery time?
A: For samples, after receiving payment, goods dispatched within 3 working days;
For OEM samples or Bulk order, it according to order;
Usually, By Air, shipping time needs about 5 to 20 days;
By Express delivery, such as DHL, EMS, FedEx, takes 4 to 7 working days;
By Sea, it needs about 30 to 60 working days.
