Product Description
This complete line is used to produce carbobated soft drink, from water treatment to filling and end line packing, capacity is 24000 bottles per hour.
Features.
Washing, filling and capping are intergrated in one machine. Our machine is fully automatic and have scientific and reasonable design. Also with beautiful appearance and complete functions, it’s easy to operate and maintain. We all use advanced German technology and Italian technnology.
Bottle changing is easy. There is no need to adjust the height of machine through neck holding tech for bottle trans portation. And what is only to change the spare parts.
The bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion. High speed filling valve assures high speed and exact liquid level control.
We all use 304 stainless steel or food level material to ensure the high quality of our machine. PLC control system is used and electric parts are using famous brand like Mitsubishi Siemens Schneider and so on.
