•Small laminar flow state , the particle settlement isn’t disturbed by turbulence.•When the pipe chute length is 1m, the effective load is designed according to 3-5 tons/m².h,V₀ is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the water quality is the best.

•Glass steel honeycomb tube is used at the intake port, the pipe length is 2.0-3.0m, and it can be safely run in the high turbidimetric content of 50-100kg/m³.

•Using the pipe chute sedimentation tank, the processing capacity is 3-5 times of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank,and 2-3 times of the acceleration clarifying tank and the pulse clarifying pool .
