PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The wood sawdust briquette pressing machinery production line consists of crusher, dryer, briquette machine and carbonization furnace. The product line is applied to recycling the agro waste and forest waste into biomass briquette and charcoal sticks, which can be used as fuel.

The main machine include the electrical motor, heating system, switchboard, Temperature control device, rack, transmission lubrication system, the screw propeller, molding barrel, etc.
Sawdust Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal,quadrangular, square,etc.
As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process.

Q: What is your raw material?

Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo sawdust, bagasse , wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo, wood, straw dust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell, coconut shell ,etc.

Q: What is the size of your raw material?

A:
Less than 5mm , if the material can not accheive the reuirment, it should be crush first.

Q: What is the moisture of your raw material?

A:
If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using our sawdust
dryer.

Q: What capacity of the sawdust briquette machine you need?

A:
We have different capacities from 150-2000kg/h.

Q: What is the usage of the final briquettes , for burning directly or making charcoal?

A:
If you need use for burn directly , tell me how many hours you work per day . if you use for making charcoal briquettes , please tell me how many charcoal briquettes you want to get per day.

Q: Does it need chemical binder to make wood briquettes?

NO,wood briquette machine working under high temperature and high pressure, when temperature
 reaches 330C,the lignin inside wood will work like glue,together with high pressure will make sawdust 
briquettes density very high.
