Material Description

1. FRAME: all frames are constructed from galvanized steel post with a 48 mm O.D. and 1.8 mm thickness of the tubing. The posts are covered with soft padding by plastic zip.

2. Padding: sponge covered with PVC.

3. NET: the protect net is made of nylon. The net for the rope area is made of wire rope for shipping and fishery with a diameter of 16 mm and steel wire inside.

4. DECK, STEP PLATFORM, STAIR etc.: all these parts are made of wood, sponge, PVC. We use strong and solid wood, covered with sponge which makes the parts soft. The outside surface are covered by PVC leather with different colors, it’s attractive and easy to clean. The total thickness of the deck is 6.5 cm.

5. HARDWARE: used for assembly shall be stainless steel 304 and galvanized.

6. TUBES, CARS, SLIDE etc., PLASTIC COMPONENTS: shall be of rotationally molded from linear low density UV stabilized polyethylene (LLDPE), with color molded in. The Aluminum mold makes the plastic parts more durable, smoother than the one made of steel. The thickness of the plastic is about 6 mm. The diameter inside for the straight tube is 68 cm and the diameter inside of the curved tube is 76 cm.

7. OVERHEAD CLIMBER SUCH AS STEEL TUBING COMPONENTS: shall be fabricated from 32 O.D. galvanized steel pipe with a baked on powder coat finish. Electro-statically applied polyester powder has a tough finish with maximum durability. The pretreatment and curing process includes the following: acid wash, freshwater rinse, iron phosphate, final rinse and seal, dry-off oven, electro-static powder application, and dual zone cure oven. Finished products have the following typical characteristics: 0.5mm thickness, oven cured between 191^oC and 220^oC, Flexibility, Impact, Salt Spray resistance, Hardness, and Adhesion.
