Q18S series solar water pump converter is a special frequency converter developed for solar water pump. According to the requirements of equipment occasions, special functions and special production processes are customized to make this product is more suitable for this occasion. The product is directly powered by solar panels, with built-in MPPT solar monitoring, water level monitoring, and automatic water shortage monitoring.
Functions:
In the case of low light, there are two ways to judge the lack of light intensity.
1,Program automatically detects 02_00=01: When the light intensity is low, the controller will start and stop frequently; the system will detect the output frequency. If the output frequency is always lower than the lower limit frequency (13-11) and the servo will stop output after 13-00 minutes. The controller reports A06 warning. After 13-01 minutes, the system will turn on again and the warning signal will disappear. So reciprocate, avoiding the pump repeatedly starting and stopping. After the startup is normal, the actual output frequency will be controlled according to the MPPT.
2,AI2 detection 02_00 = 02: An external solar panel (10V/20mA) is required between AI2 and GND. The controller detects the current intensity. If the input voltage is less than 13-08, the controller will pause after 10 seconds. If the input voltage is greater than 13-08, the controller will start after 10 seconds.
After the start is normal, the frequency of the actual output will be controlled according to the frequency corresponding to the linear value of AI2.
In the water well water shortage detection, in addition to using the external detection switch to detect the water level of the well, the controller can be set to detect the water level according to the current frequency.
1,When 13-04 is set to 0, the system uses the well water level detection function.
2.When the setting 13-04 is not 0, the startup system automatically detects the water shortage function. If the controller is running at the lowest water output frequency (13-11) and the output torque is less than the torque constant 13-05, after 13-04 seconds, the water shortage A05 warning is reported. If auto start 13-02 is turned on, after 13-6 points of this fault, the auto reset will resume and the warning signal will disappear.
Water tower and well signal
1,Water tower high water level, stop water injection, report A03 warning, low water level starts to fill water, warning signal will disappear; if there is no water tower signal control, please directly disconnect the water tower high water level signal, short water level signal, if the high water level signal has signal, No signal from the low water level signal will alarm the A01 water tower signal.
2,The water well has low water level, stop pumping, report A04 warning, the high water level starts pumping, the warning signal will disappear; if there is no well signal control, please directly disconnect the water well high water level signal and low water level signal. If the high water level signal has signal, No signal from the low water level signal will alarm the A02 well signal.
The maximum power point voltage 13-07 corresponds to the maximum frequency source, and its frequency is linear with the voltage of the DC bus. The Mppt low point operating voltage corresponds to the lowest operating frequency, and the Mppt high point working voltage corresponds to the highest operating frequency.
When 02-00:01, the relationship between bus voltage and frequency can be directly set by the 04-15/16/17/18 curve. When 02-00:02, the relationship between the AI2 input signal and the frequency can be directly set by the 04-19/20/21/22 curve.
If the fault is eliminated, any warning signal can be restored via the reset button.
