The cut bars tray collector is modular, each module has an ulimited length ( the one shown in the above picture is one module and can process diameters from 0.8 mm to 18 mm).
Thanks to the rollers straightening system it is the best solution to straight and cut round and shaped profiles made of different materials such as steel, copper or aluminium alloys without damaging the profiles surface.

A: We test our machine before shipping. We have CE/ISO certificate.
4. What shape and size can the machine make?
A: It adopts aptitude control . It can process some particular profile . For example: square , rectangle , rhombus ,polygon and so on.
The customer requirement is very necessary to adopt and design the machine.
5. What is the Mode of transportation ?
A: LCL and FCL by ship ,By Express (DHL,TNT, Fedex etc) ,By air
6. How should I do if meet some trouble while using?
A: We can supply English manual book and also a video for showing how to solve any problems or dispatch our engineer to your site/ country/ place.
7. How do you do any payment?
A: - TT, 30% deposit ,70% before shippment.
- L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest , but acceptable )
- 100%TT in advance (specially for air shipment or small amount).
