Description
Natural Klinker
ZS New Product - Klinker Bricks
Klinker Brick is made of the selected natural minerals as its raw material, shaped by vacuum extrusion and treated by the tunnel kiln with the temperature of over 1200 °c. It has special configuration to make it is possible to avoid sealing to compare with other bricks, so facade relieves a number of deficiencies . The klinker brick is designed in such a way to provide its reliable fixation, so there is no place to keep the water. An atmospheric moisture is deleted from the facade surface in a natural way without the slightest harm for facing elements. Among its similar products, it has the characteristic of better texture, more nature and glossy color and more decent style, and it has been widely applied to the decorations of many places such as the vertical faces of the internal and external building walls, ground, square, school and villa etc.

A 100% Ventilated Façade
Free from the sealing. The seams between the tiles allow the air to go round the walls. This makes the whole system a really ventilated façade.
Durable, Elegant Look
As there is no sealing there is no problem with seams cracking and tile destruction eventually. Admire your house façade for many years.
Fire Resistance
The kliner has got no synthetic pigments. This makes it absolutely inflammable.
Frost Resistance
The technology of vertical vacuum extrusion produces a high density material , with no micro cracks and no emptiness . Due to these factors the Clinker demonstrates its best qualities : low water absorption(less than 2.4%) and high frost resistance (more than 150 cycles).
Environmental Friendliness
Only natural components are used at Clinker production. So it is as friendly as stone and wood.
Moisture Resistance
All tiles are moisture resistant. As natural clinker has low water absorption it resists snow, rain and humidity. No fungi, no stains.
Thermal and Noise Insulation
The klinker cladding makes your house comfortably warm and quiet, safe against outside noise.
UV Resistance
Natural klinker is made only of natural raw materials. This makes it UV-resistant. The klinker tile colours do not fade-out in the sun. Even 50 years later the façade of your house looks as new.
