Q : How to get a sample? A : Usually, we provide reference sample free of charge while you afford express charge. If need new build sample follow with your design that would charge sample fee, but while you order quantity is large we would return the sample fee to you.
Q : How to pay express charges if ordering samples? A : You can use your DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. For those customers that do not have a courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account, and then we deliver the samples to you by prepaid. We accept Westen Union, T/T, or any Secure Payment.
Q: Can we order the Quantity lower than your MOQ? A: Yes, but we have to ask for surcharge to make it up to raw material suppliers.
