1.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Naturalhome is located in foshangGuangdong province.You can contact us before 2 day when you are going to visit ,then we will arrange staff to accompany .
2.Q: Do you have showroom?
A: Yes, We have a 100 square meter showroom in factory. There is an extensive range of m single bed, student table and chair ,ladder ,clothes dryers ,ironing board storage rack on display, and due to the quantity of our wide range of products, some of models are not shown there.
3.Q: Do you have own export license?
A: Yes, we have. And we have already exported to oversea market for more than 11 years.
4.Q: Do you have any certificate?
A: Yes, some of our items can pass SGS inspection .and others can pass the third-party inspection.
5.Q: Can I order one set as sample first?
A:Yes, sure can provide sample before order confirmed.
6.Q: Can you arrange the shipment to our country?
A: Yes, just kindly let me know your destination port. Then we can arrange the shipment to you.
7.Q: Do you offer customized product service?
A:Yes, customize product is available in our factory. We have our own technological and design team to study the new item. Send your design pictures or idea to us, let us know your requirement.
