All the metal parts are welded by Argon arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shield welding are adopted here and both conform to the requirements of GB/T8810-1995. After the integral processing and shaping, our technicians perform the hot galvanizing and slinging processing. Surface of the product is applied with DuPont outdoor polyester pearl powder coating which is friendly to the environment and solidified at high temperature. With smooth surface and excellent anti-ultraviolet property, our product has bright colors, which are difficult to fade and corrosion-resistant. As for the spraying equipment, we adopt the computer-controlled electrostatic powder coating device which is imported from South Korea. The whirly and filter elements have been applied in the powder recycling equipment, which is pollution-free with high efficient.
