Q1. Are you factory or trading company? A: We are a professional OEM/ODM stainless steel jewellery manufacturer.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for jewelry set? A: For stock models, 10pcs; For non-stock models, 100PCS each style.
Q3. Is it OK to engrave or laser my logo on the jewelry? A: Yes. Pls infor us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on the sample.
Q4. Can I have a sample order for the jewelry? A: Yes. We welcome sample order to test and check the quality.
Q5. What about the lead time? A: Samples needs approx 5-10 days, mass production time needs 15-25 days, it depends.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by DHL, EMS, TNT, FedEx or UPS. To Asian, European and American countries, will need about 3-5 days. To other coutries about 5-15 days. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q7. How to proceed an order for the jewelry? A: Firstly let us know your requirements and application. Secondly we quote according to our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production.
Q8. How to make the payment? A: Trade Assurance, Western Union or Bank Transfer are all optional.
