Q: What is the easiest way to order custom teamwear with you?
A:To easiest way to order, what you need to do is send us a message, our sales person will collect the necessary information with you, then we will start the work and send proof to you approve design/colors to make sure we are making the right thing. After finish the production we will send the product picture for you, and then shipping. During the process, any questions you can give feedbacks to us and we will solve.
Q:How can you guarantee your quality? We need to make sure our products are nice looking and last for long time.
A:Firstly, we use the EPSON printer and ink imported from Japan, and Montiantonio transfer printer imported from Italy, Secondly, we have full process of quality control system-from design,printing,cutting,sewing to packaging. Thirdly, we have professional after-sales team to handle all the problem occur.
Q:What kind of printing method can you made?
A:We do most sublimation printing in house, but not only this, we can also do embroidery, silk screen printing, heat transfer, embossed.
Q:If we ship sample to you, can you fully copy the sample specifications?
A:Ye we do, our purchase team will look around the market to get the same or most close fabric, then we will copy the sizing, cut, high quality workmanship, colors etc.
