1.Top Feeder Part 

4 suckers for picking up paper and 4 suckers for conveying paper to ensure stable and fast paper feeding.nozzle angle is adjustable.

Single-side pressure regulation to ensure that the two side pressure is the same, with display of the dial gauge. it is easy to change to the pressure of the different bottom sheet.

Top sheet and bottom sheet aligned with the front and side gauge, to make it accuract of the front and side positioning, shete front position is adjustable.

6. Sheet pressing part

Floating design of press, no need to adjust the pressure, the heightening design is smooth for thick corrugated board

5. Paper Separating system

The laminated paper trasnferred and  stacked down to down pallet by driving wheel and synchronous belt, when reach the specified number, separating rod lift and separate the paper.

6.Turning System

Using the automatic clamping system to make paper front and back alternately placed, make sure the laminated paper smooth and stiff, convenient for subsequent production line.

5. Piling System

Reciprocating motion of four splint patting the collected paper orderly, ensure the collecting neat

6. Collecting System

When the paper stacking to 1.7M in height, collecting platen automatic drop, hydraulic car will pull out the whole stack of paper, at the same time the vice paper collecting table automatic work, complete non-stop collecting finished
