Construction

Food grade stainless steel high viscosity gear pump is mainly composed of rotary lobe, shaft seal, Gear box. A pair of synchronous driving gear drive rotary lobe to deliver medium. The shaft seal can be designed with packing seal or mechanical seal according to specific working condition. The pump uses high strength,  spiral gears and heavy load bearing in order to ensure the pump for long time.

You need not disassemble gearbox but adjust rotary lobe clearance because of special assembling way.

The material of “o” seal ring is the silicone rubber. To corrosive medium, PTFE is adopted.

The direction of rotation is clockwise viewed from motor.

 belongs to positive displacement pump and has the advantages of outstanding self-priming ability, high efficiency, and long life. It applies to delivering suspension liquid with soft solid particles, corrosive medium and suspension liquid. The delivered medium temperature range from -30~130℃  and viscosity range from 30cst to 1.0×10⁵cst. The parts of contact with medium adopt  stainless steel.  The rotating speed can be adjusted according to the delivered medium's physical property.
