This machine is suitable for packing the liquid like chocolate, butter and jam etc.

The features of liquid filling,
1. It adopts piston pump or peristaltic pump as metering pump for filling, it is high in precision, the structure of the pump is easy to install and uninstall, and convenient for cleaning and sterilizing.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. The filling head has the anti-dropping device.
4. The filling precision is +- 0.5 % , the filling volume is 5 to 25 ml ( can be customized)
5. The frame of the machine and contact parts with material are made from stainless steel, it meets with the GMP completely.

l PLC touch screen control system.
l It adopts the newest type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission can be avoided.
l Imported controlling system is adopted ; also it can be equipped with detecting and rejection function device(Omron Sensor) for number of medicines according to the user's requirement. It adopts imported frequency inverter.
l It adopts photoelectrical controlling system to make PVC, PTP, Aluminum/Aluminum material to be automatically fed and waste side to be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous stability of over-length distance and multi stations.
l It can be optional equipped with photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction and image-character register to optimize packing grade.
l All materials contact parts are in S.S.316L, The main body of the machine is
