Hot-melt marking line coating, thermoplastic paint is powder-massive state at normal temperature, so it needs to be melted into liquid state before construction, then could be used by road marking equipment.
There are two heating methods of MTC’s hydraulic kettle, one is heated by liquefied gas combustion system, and the other is heated by diesel combustion system. This model is direct-buring heating, the stirring blade in the kettle rotates uniformly to make heating temperature uniform and energy saving. The outside of the kettle is covered with thermal insulations in order to prevent the heat out and keep heat in the kettle.
MTC’s Double Cylinder Hdraulic hot-melt kettle XDYF-430KGx2(Middle) and XDYF-750kg×2(large) is new generation products, the structure of the complete machine is more reasonable then previous generation and offer better performance than similar products in China. Its operating system is centralized and easy to master. The two kettles could work separately, drive smoothly, low noise, high thermal effiency. The kettle could offer necessary coating for 2 sets manual hot-melt marking machine, insulate welll, and stir uniformly. It is ideal equipment for coating hot-melt.
